How do I order?

You may place orders for as many clients as you desire, and as often as once a week. Using a WestSide Baby online order form, you may order items for children from birth to age 12. To receive your order the following week, order by Thursday at 2pm. It will be available for you to pick up by the following Wednesday.

Pick-up information

Orders received by 2pm on Thursday are available at the earliest for pick up on Wednesday of the next week from 10 am to 1 pm. You will not receive a call that your order is ready but you can assume that we have filled everything that we have by Wednesday or you can call us before you arrive. Orders are filled by Volunteers so holidays, snow closures or illness occasionally impact our ability to maintain that schedule. Someone from your organization, not your clients, must pick up your order at WestSide Baby. We are located at 10032 15th Ave. SW in White Center. We are just south of the Dollar Store and at the back side of White Center Chiropractic. If you miss the pick up time, we will hold your order for two weeks.

Will my entire order be filled?

We do our best to fill your entire order, but if we do not have certain items at that time we indicate that on your form. Feel free to order again. We do not carry over order requests or maintain waitlists.
